Bayasgalan has been with our firm since 2014, and she specializes in M&A, securities market transactions, and corporate agreements.

Notable works and contributions of Bayasgalan and her team include:

• Acted as legal counsel and advised in restructured the Senior Secured Note of 2020 issued by SEHK listed Mongolian Mining Corporation in 2017 (Tender Offer) and issuance of 440 million USD new notes due 2023 jointly by the Mongolian Mining Corporation and the Energy Resources LLC at the Singapore Stock Exchange (May 2019);
• Acted as the legal team leader, managed the Dual Listing of Erdene Resources Development Corporation at the MSE and Toronto Stock Exchange, and helped shared allocation to the local soum citizens (June 2018);
• Acted as the Mongolian legal counsel and provided legal opinions on Mongolian subsidiaries and Listing of Steppe Gold Limited at the Toronto Stock Exchange (raising 25 million USD) (May 2018);
• Acted as the legal counsel for Mongol Post JSC on the shareholdings of the company in 2016.
• Served as the legal counsel for Silk Road Mongolia LLC for drafting shareholders’ agreement and cooperation agreement (2015-2016);
• Acted as the legal counsel for Mongolian Opportunities Fund LLP on investment and double taxation matters (2014-2016);
• Served as the legal advocate for Archetype Mongolia LLC before the court on employment disputes (2014-2016);
• Drafted shareholders’ agreement and investment agreements for BDO LLC, providing legal advice and representing before the court (2014-2016);
• Served as the legal counsel for Shangri-La UB Hotel LLC before the court on employment dispute in 2014;
• Served as the legal counsel for Wolfgroup LLC before the court on Service agreement dispute in 2014;
• Served as the legal counsel for Shandnii Bulag JSC on the company shareholding and shareholders meeting issue in 2014;
• Served as the legal counsel for Monrosselmash LLC on a service agreement dispute in 2014; and
• Acted as a legal representative to incorporate the Bank Representative Office of Cardno Corporation from USA (2018).
