Our Practitioners

Bilegsaikhan achieved a law degree (LLB) from the School of Law in Japan and the National University of Mongolia in 2012. Before joining our firm in 2013, he worked at the “Bridge Construction” LLC as a legal counsel between 2012 and 2013. Bilegsaikhan specializes in civil law and administrative law.

In 2015, he became a member and a certified lawyer of the Mongolian Bar Association.

He has continuously practiced law since 2012 by representing and protecting the legitimate rights of the domestic and foreign individual or legal entity in the civil or administrative disputes related to commercial contracts/transactions, procurement, bid, concession, tax, and insurance.

Moreover, within the framework of the lawyer’s social responsibility, he has provided the following pro bono legal services:

• Engaged in the Civil dispute opened by the shareholders of “Erdenes – Tavan Tolgoi” JSC against the Government of Mongolia;
• Engaged in the Administrative dispute initiated by the residents who suffered from the redevelopment of Capital against the Governor of the Capital city;
• Litigated for invalidation of the Government’s decision to organize winter horse-racing as claimed by NGOs and defeated the Government at the courts.
