Bolorchimeg acquired her law degrees from (LLB and LLM) the School of Law, the National University of Mongolia majoring in International Law.

She has worked with the firm since 2008 as a qualified lawyer specializing in business law, corporate M&A, IPP projects, IPO, international commercial transactions, foreign investment, mining, and construction projects. She is credited by the Mongolian Bar Association.

• She acted as the legal expert for the Asian Development Bank-funded project “Establishing Sovereign Wealth Fund Management Institution” implemented at the Ministry of Finance;
• Drafted the new Mining Law at the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry and acted as a consultant for Adam Smith International (2018);
• Issuance of Secured Senior Notes 2020 by the SEHK listed Mongolian Mining Corporation – served as the team leader of issuer’s local legal counsel (2017);
• Recognition and Enforcement of Arbitration Award issued by the London Court of International Arbitration – acted as Mongolian counsel of WorleyParsons Pte. Ltd, (an Australian company) against one of the notable companies of Mongolia (2017);
• Managed the concession agreement for 4 x 150 MW Tevshiin Gobi greenfield mine-mouth coal-fired power plant project in Mongolia in 2016 involving SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Corporation of PRC (2016);
• Acquisition transaction of a Consortium established by investors consisting of Sumitomo Corporation of Japan, China Shenhua Energy Company Limited of PRC and Energy Resources LLC (2016);
• Sale and purchase transaction of real properties with a contract value of over 20 million USD. Conducted legal due diligence and provided opinions on transaction structures while considering the tax implications, and drafted Sale and Purchase Agreement and relevant resolutions (2015);
• Conducted legal due diligence and provided opinions on transaction structures considering the tax implications for French banking organization for hotel operations (2015);
• Senior Note issuance of Mongolian Mining Corporation in the Hong Kong exchange (2014);
• Managed Merger and Acquisition transaction of a Mongolian hospital over Bumrungrad International Hospital (Thailand company) (2014);
• Drafting of Re-edition of the Legal Entity Registration Law – acted as the working group member (2013);
• Managed Merger and Acquisition and legal due diligence of Khangad Exploration LLC (holder of mineral licenses) – acted as legal counsel (2011); and
• The issuer of over 600 million USD in bonds of Mongolian Mining Corporations globally. Acted as the Company’s Local Counsel (2011).
