Enkhbat is a Member of the Mongolian Bar Association and an Attorney. He is a member lawyer of the Pro Bono Committee for Administrative and Criminal law at the Mongolian Bar Association.

As a practitioner of law since 2015, he primarily manages Civil, Administrative, and Criminal cases, representing persons, enterprises, and organizations. He specializes in administrative act disputes, contract disputes, family disputes, individual and collective labor disputes. In other areas, Enkhbat holds experience in cases of inheritance, adoption, and guardianship law by consulting and providing reports and litigation.

Notable works and contributions of Enkhbat include:

  • Achieved the dismissal of a case for a family who had been disputing for three years
  • Won at the Supreme Court on a case to reinstate to previous work, overturning dismissal decisions from the First instance and Appeals court for civil cases.
  • Had administrative acts breaching citizens and organizations’ rights revoked by the Administrative court, such as administrative acts revoking land possession rights of legal entities, administrative acts repealing or inaction of not extending licenses, to name a few;
  • Acted as a criminal defense lawyer for a person charged with a crime with five years prison sentence, proved my client innocent, and had the court produce a decision to be exonerated.
  • Provided successful mediation service for over MNT 1 billion dispute between a citizen and legal entity.
