Khurtsbaatar has been practicing law since 2013 by representing the clients and defending their rights in the civil, criminal, administrative, and arbitration litigation proceedings, providing professional assistance on periodic issues of companies, and establishing and registering legal entities.

He can provide legal assistance, draft contracts and legal documents in Mongolian, Russian, and in German.

Notable works and contributions of Khurtsbaatar include:

• Provided legal opinion for a German company by collecting information of his investments in Mongolia, shareholding structure, registration of assets, debt, and tax payments per the request of a German citizen, and provided recommendations for the measures to be taken during the criminal investigation (2014);  
• Participated in the discussion of the draft General Administrative Law and proposed amendments to the concepts of the administrative act and administrative litigation procedures (2014);
• Representing the Claimant “Ik” LLC at the administrative court proceedings against the Ministry of Industry and Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, which ended with revoking of the organizational implements issued by the defendants (2014-2015);
• Acted as a legal advocate for “T”, Belarusian company in the civil court proceedings against “G” LLC and collected the debt from the defendant (2015);
• Provided for Silk Road Trading LLC day-to-day legal services on various matters such as company, labor, intellectual property matter based on the retainer agreement (2015-2016);
• Participated in a criminal case investigation as a German language translator, initiated against of “A”, German citizen, related to the illegal transmitting of paleontological discoveries through the state border (2016);
• Participated as the representative of the claimant, “R” Russian company in Arbitration proceedings against “M” LLC and ended with the successful mediation (2018);  
• Provided a legal opinion on the implementation of the contract between the “U” LLC and the “E” JSC Russian company, particularly on the matter of establishment of a company or representative office, transfer of contractual obligation to a third party, a procedure for registering these entities and tax-related consequences (2018);
• Provided legal opinion and recommendations to support the legal activities of Russian lawyers in Moscow related to the arbitration case with the claim of “E” LLC against “Ts” Russian company (2018-2019).
