Lkhamsuren achieved a law degree (LLB) from the School of Law’s Japanese law class and a law degree from the National University of Mongolia in 2016. She specializes in corporate law, labor law, and financial law; she is also experienced in drafting and providing commercial transactions, business contracts, and legal due diligence related to day-to-day corporate activities.  

She is proficient in providing legal services in English, Japanese, and Mongolian languages.

Notable works and contributions of Lkhamsuren include:

• Provided legal advice and services related to day-to-day activities of “Toyota Sales Mongolia” LLC;
• Financial and taxation advice on Japanese hotel chain named “Toyoko Inn Mongolia” and development of its accounting policies, and drafting and providing business transactions related to its activities (2018-2019);
• Acting as a member at the consulting team for advising on tax disputes related to A company.
