Nadezhda has worked for domestic and international organizations in Mongolia since 2000. She has worked as a representative of the Buryat Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a representative of the state-owned commercial bank Baikal in Buryatia, and as a Specialist at Aeroflot International Airport. Nadezhda is proficient in Russian, English and Mongolian.

• 1998 Tomsk University, majoring in International Economic Management;
• Graduated from Moscow State University of Political Administration, Russia, in 2002 with a degree in Law;
• In 2019, he received a Master’s degree in Law from the Law School of the National University of Mongolia.

Nadezhda has been part of the firm specializing in incorporating and liquidating foreign-invested legal entities, reviewing business contracts and transactions, and providing legal advice and services.
