Our firm hosted its annual Legal Awareness Training for our esteemed clients on October 17, 2024. The agenda of this year covered the importance of due diligence in corporate compliance aspects, approaches in bidding related dispute resolution process and legal conflicts and possible routes in entering into contracts with executive management. At the end of the session, the recent amendments into the Corporate Income Tax Law was introduced and followed by productive discussions on the topics. We truly hope our clients improved their legal knowledge and gained valuable insights on recent legal developments.

After the training, the clients had a chance to network with the members of American Chamber of Commerce during its Monthly Networking Night sponsored by our firm. Networking Night provided a great opportunity to forge meaningful connections and catch up with old friends and partners.
