The Minister of Roads and Transport issued Order No. A/78 on March 24, 2025, approving the "Regulations on the transportation of goods that may pose a danger or damage to human life, health, or the environment by road."

  The regulations provide comprehensive guidelines on technical specifications for transporting hazardous materials, safety procedures, cargo packaging, verification of transportation routes, and reporting requirements to regulatory authorities. It includes the required registrations, certificates, instructions, and carrier responsibilities for transporting dangerous goods. Only certified drivers and personnel trained in the transportation of hazardous materials are authorized to transport such goods. Vehicles used for transporting hazardous materials must comply with standard requirements and be equipped with GPS and tachographs.
