In the previous "Legal news highlights", we provided information about the draft regulation of the Parliament "On the replacement of the state ownership share and size of mineral deposits of strategic importance." The draft regulation of the Parliament was discussed at the Plenary Session of the Parliament on January 9, 2025, and was finally approved by the majority of the members present at the session.
