Our Practitioners

Erdenesuvd achieved her law degree (LLB) from the School of Law, the National University of Mongolia and has been working with our firm since 2021.

She specializes in contract law, corporate law, foreign investment, and mining law; she is also experienced in drafting and providing legal services related to commercial transactions, business contracts, and legal due diligence for day-to-day corporate activities.

Since 2023, she has served as a secondee legal counsel for Mongolian Mining Corporation, a company listed on the HKEX, and its Mongolian subsidiary, Energy Resources LLC. She is proficient in providing legal services in both English and Mongolian.

Notable works and contributions by Erdenesuvd include:

• Provided legal advice and services related to day-to-day activities of clients including Shangri-La Ulaanbaatar LLC, Shangri-La Ulaanbaatar Hotel LLC, Steppe Gold LLC, and Erdene Mongol LLC;
• Acted as a consulting team member for legal opinions on IPO listings on the Mongolian Stock Exchange.
• Acted as a consulting team member conducting the legal due diligence for strategic investment of Xanadu Mines Group and Zijin Mining Group;
• Acted as a consulting team member conducting legal due diligence for the acquisition of Erdene Mongol LLC LLC by Mongolian Mining Corporation;
• Acted as a member of the local council to provide legal advice for the Khangad Exploration LLC on its acquisition transaction and registration.
