Mrs. Itgeltugs Altansukh joined the Firm in 2013 as a Junior (trainee) Associate while completing her law degree. Over the years, she has developed her expertise in corporate governance and compliance, legal due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, commercial transactions, and corporatere structuring. She also gained hands-on experience through a secondment with the legal team of a leading Mongolian mining company.

She has been involved in key projects such as the demerger of a foreign-owned Mongolian retail entity, the shareholding restructuring of a financial entity with ownership at the Mongolian commercial bank, and initial public offerings and dual listings of Mongolian mining companies on foreign exchange markets.

She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the School of Law, National University of Mongolia, specializing in international law in 2014. She further pursued her Master of Law (LLM) degree at the College of Law, Seoul National University, majoring in intellectual property law in 2019.

Mrs. Itgeltugs is a member of the Mongolian Bar Association and the Association of Mongolian Advocates. Itgeltugs is fluent in Mongolian, English, and Korean.
