Our Practitioners

Namjilmaa achieved her law degree (LLB) from the School of Law and the National University of Mongolia as she majored in International Lawin 2012 and has been working with our firm as of 2016.

Since 2011, she has been working as a qualified lawyer specializing in issuing securities and listing in foreign and Mongolian security markets, commencing and closing business in Mongolia. She is also proficient in contract law, business law, corporate M&A, international commercial transactions, foreign investment, special license, mining, mineral resources, and labor law.

She is a certified member of the Mongolian Bar Associationsince 2015, and an accredited lawyer from FRC qualified to advise security market participants.

Both proficient in English and Mongolian, Namjilmaa has also volunteered to participate in events and organizations concerning civil society, children’s and women’s rights, and development.

Notable works and contributions of Namjilmaa and her teaminclude:

• Acted  as an in-house lawyer for issuing note in the international security market for the Mongolian Mining Corporation listed company in HKEX and its Mongolian affiliate entity, Energy Resources LLC (2019);
• Acted  as a legal and tax advisor for a transaction for the sale and transfer of a business in Mongolia by Japanese and Canadian investors (2016);
• As a  legal advisor for contract breach case resolved by HKIAC (2015);
