Our Practitioners

Ms. Taivan joined the firm as an associate lawyer in January 2023 and has diverse legal experience providing general corporate, capital markets, employment, minerals, and litigation services to commercial banks, mining companies, and other corporations. Moreover, she has considerable experience as a lecturer teaching Human Rights and Family Law at the School of Law, National University of Mongolia.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Taivan worked at Khan Lex Partners LLP where her work focused on corporate restructuring and due diligence for foreign-invested and domestic companies in the energy and financial services sectors. During that time, she significantly contributed to the external Legal Due Diligence prepared within Khan Bank JSC’s initial public offerings process.  

Ms. Taivan received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the School of Law, National University of Mongolia, and is pursuing her doctoral degree there. She is a member of the Mongolian Bar Association and the Mongolian Advocates' Association. In 2022, she received a license to provide legal services to securities market participants from the Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia. She is fluent in Mongolian and English..
